About this survey
Many social care employers are having difficulty in recruiting staff at all levels due to skills shortages locally. Developing effective recruitment practices is therefore crucial to attracting candidates with the right skills and attitudes, and to ensure diversity of staff. However, good recruitment is only the first step: action needs to be taken to ensure staff are motivated to stay.
