About the project

The web based audit tools and resource directory have been developed by Switched On Consulting with funding from SCIE as part of the project to improve people management within the social care sector.

The project team members John Sunderland, HR Consultant, Richard Freeman, Web Developer and Frank Roper, Social Care Consultant and Information Architect.

The audit tool and resource directory were developed with the support of the steering group:-

The development of the website was carried out following consultation with social care providers, carers and service users, as well as representative organisations such as the Employers' Organisation for local government.
