Children's Workforce Development Council for England
The Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC) has been established following the government's commitment to workforce reform in the green paper Every Child Matters.
The CWDC aims to improve outcomes for children and young people by enhancing the role of the workforce and represents workers in range of sectors, including early years, educational welfare, learning mentors, Connexions, foster care and social care.
