Children's Trusts effective practice

Sure Start has worked with four pathfinder Children’s Trusts that are focusing on improving services and outcomes for disabled children and their families. 

The website features a document bank with four reports on effective practice on including disabled children in early years, childcare, play and leisure services.

Telford & Wrekin, Nottinghamshire, Gateshead and Sutton Children’s Trusts took part and have produced reports and materials from which other Trusts and local authorities can learn.
